If you are a teacher who has never used this system before, you can log in using your certificate number or email address as your user name, and your last name as your password.

Technology Proficiency is an initiative of the South Carolina Department of Education. Proviso 1.25 states that the effective and efficient use of the funding for school technology in the classroom and internet access, the State Department of Education shall approve teacher technology competency standards and local school districts must require teachers to demonstrate proficiency in these standards as part of each teacher’s Professional Development plan.
